Joe is the Publisher, Life & Leisure, LLC, a bi-weekly local publication circulating to 50,000 in northern New Jersey and also serves as Director and founder of Legacy Minded Men, a ministry whose mission is to raise up Godly men. He served as the Chaplain for the New Jersey Jackals baseball team for 11 years and co-authored the book Safe at Home, published by Moody Press in 1993. Joe developed and presents the seminar “Not Just An Average Joe”, “Act Like Men” and with former NY Giant Lee Rouson “Huddle Up”. Lee was drafted by the New York Giants and played under Bill Parcells for six years and won two Super Bowl rings while he played for the Giants. . Lee serves as Northern Jersey State Director for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Pro Speaker for Sports World Ministries, and Associate Pastor for New Horizon Community Church in Harlem, New York. Bill Paige

Bill served as a policeman and detective for 20 years in and around New York City. He served fourteen years as the associate chaplain at Children’s Village, where he worked with emotionally disturbed boys in the city. He has also served 10 years in senior leadership of Young Life. He is a certified trainer for “Therapeutic Crisis Intervention” involved in areas of emotional and behavioral issues among young people. Paige now serves as Special Assistant to the President in Young Life. An ordained minister, Paige speaks frequently at chapel services for both National Football League and Major League Baseball teams, including two opportunities to speak at the NFL Pro Bowl. Pastor Ryan Baitzel, primarily is a disciple of Jesus, husband, and father. Ryan serves as the Lead Pastor of Emergence Church. Over the last 4 years Jesus has grown Emergence from 1 service of 40 people in 2006 to over 1,300 people across four services. Emergence recently relocated into a new warehouse facility that seats 600 people. Ryan’s greatest passion is to proclaim the gospel, and see young men discipled to become Godly men who honor Jesus. Ryan also is currently co-founding a church planting network in northern Jersey and serving as a north eastern hub leader of a national missional network. He has a great wife named Rochelle and five beautiful kids.
