JOE PELLEGRINO, Executive Director
Joe is the Publisher of Life & Leisure, LLC, a bi-weekly local publication circulating to 49,500 in northern New Jersey and also serves as Director and founder of Legacy Minded Men, a ministry to raise up Godly men. He served as the Chaplain for the New Jersey Jackals baseball team for 11 years as well as an elder at Hawthorne Gospel Church for 7 years. He co-authored the book Safe at Home, published by Moody Press in 1993. Joe developed and presents the seminar Not Just An Average Joe. Joe and his wife, Bethanne, have three children. Their family resides in Wayne, NJ.
LEE ROUSON, Ambassador
Lee graduated from the University of Colorado where he played for Coach Bill McCartney. Lee was the 4th all-time leading rusher at Colorado from 1980 - 84. Lee was a key factor in turning the Colorado program around to become a National Champion. Lee was drafted by the New York Giants and played under Bill Parcells for six years and won two Super Bowl rings while he played for the Giants. Lee's Professional football career was brought to an end as a result of ankle injury. His final year in the NFL was as a starting Full Back and Tight End with the Cleveland Browns under Coach Bill Belichick. Lee serves as Northern Jersey State Director for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Pro Speaker for Sports World Ministries, and Associate Pastor for New Horizon Community Church in Harlem, New York. Lee works tirelessly throughout the community encouraging everyone from the youth to the elderly with the message of Hope. Lee and his wife, Lisa, have 4 children.
TOM GRIECO, Trustee
Tom was employed at Genentech Inc. for nearly 25 years. While at Genentech, he served in a variety of senior leadership roles focused on managed care, distribution and reimbursement for their biologic portfolio. After the completion of the company’s merger with Roche in 2010, he decided to pursue other interests. Tom is now evaluating different consulting opportunities, while at the same time increasing his participation in a variety of Christ-centered ministries that he is involved with. He has been happily married to his wife Cheryl for 26 years and is the proud father of their daughter, Alyssa and son, Andrew. Their family resides in Mahwah, NJ.
NICK VANDER PLAAT, Trustee
Nicholas Vander Plaat was born in 1982 in Ridgewood New Jersey to Alice and Jim Vander Plaat. He is fifth Generation of Vander Plaat Funeral Professionals at the Vander Plaat-Vermeulen Memorial Home in Franklin lake. A life long resident of North Haledon, Nick and his wife Kristen live in North Haledon and are both graduates of Eastern Christian High School. Nick received his Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Bergen County Community College and then graduated from the American Academy Institute of Mortuary Science in 2006 with a degree in Mortuary Science. Nick is a member of Covenant Christian Reformed Church in North Haledon and participates there playing Bass Guitar for the “Praise Band” and at the Bergen county chapter of New Canaan Society. He is also active at Hawthorne Gospel Church with their Sunday night service and plays guitar for their band as well and many other Churches and Organizations. He is also an active member of the Franklin Lakes Rotary. Nick is known for taking great pride in serving families with the utmost care and compassion possible in their time of need. There is not a time when he is called upon that he does not try his best to help others.
JIM HENRY, Pastoral Care
Rev. Dr. Jim Henry is one of the founding members of Legacy Minded Men. Jim was saved in July 1972 and began in ministry September of that year. He is a native of Worcester, MA and has been in New Jersey since 1978. Jim is the Founder and President of James Henry Counseling and The Life Givers Network® which is his passion. He was the Area Director for The 700 Club for 7 years, has been a Pastor, planted a church, served a short term mission in Indonesia, has taught at Alliance Graduate School of Counseling, and has spoken at various churches and seminars. Jim’s ministry through Life Givers has already reached into 29 states and several foreign countries. Jim is married to Judy and between them they have 6 children and 7 grandchildren.
ERIC BUTLER, Trustee
Eric Butler serves as Senior Pastor of True Vine Christian Center in Fair Lawn, NJ, a strong, growing, multi-racial, and non-denominational congregation. Pastor Butler is an impacting voice in the Northeast region, the United States, and the nations of the world serving as a prophetic presbyter with apostolic teams. He is used as a vessel as the word of the Lord, through him, has birthed new churches, restored existing ones, and brought many to salvation. He is also recognized for his fiery preaching, revelatory teaching, and prophetic ministry through the Song of the Lord and the Spoken Word. He and his wife, Pastor Iris, have three daughters and reside in Englewood, NJ.
JOHN TERRANO, Trustee
John Terrano retired in 2012 when his wife, Joyce, went home to be with the Lord. He was an Allstate Insurance agent and ran a successful agency in Ridgewood serving with Allstate for 44 years. He has six grandchildren. Since retiring John has served as Treasurer and board of LMM. John has been singing in the choir at Hawthorne Gospel church for the past five years and also serves on an outreach committee at HGC. He now represents LMM and works with Dan Bove with our new men’s U2one ministry, training men to be disciples.
TOM VIGORITO, Trustee
Tom graduated North Carolina State University in 1977 with a degree in Textile Chemistry. He began working for Milliken and Company immediately after graduating and has been employed there ever since. He is now a member of Emergence Church in Totowa and serves there as a Missional Community Coach, Communion Coordinator and Benevolence Team Leader. Tom has also served Legacy Minded Men in various capacities since its formation. Tom and his wife Jean, who have two children, Tommy and Georgeanne, reside in Wayne, NJ.
FRANK TIRRITO, Trustee
Frank has been in the telecommunications industry for over 35 years and is currently a Project Manager for one of the largest electrical and communications companies in New York City. Frank is a member of Hawthorne Gospel Church and serves as a Deacon as well as leading several ministries at HGC. Frank is happily married to his wife Elaine and between them they have 4 children and two grandchildren.
GEORGE VENARCHIK, Trustee
George is co-owner and founder of Brothers Carpet & Flooring in Hackensack, NJ where he serves on the executive board of the Main Street Alliance. George also serves on the board of Life Givers Network as well as various prayer ministries of Legacy Minded Men. George and his wife Jeanette are involved in Operation Christmas child year round and they reside in Franklin Lakes, NJ. They have 2 grown sons and a daughter-in-law in Chicago.
RON AIOSA, Trustee
Ron is a Real Estate Professional specializing in the Luxury Market in New Jersey employed with Coldwell Banker under The Boswell/Aiosa Group. He and his wife Laurie are involved with Cities4Life, an organization whose mission is to provide a voice for the unborn child by ministering at abortion clinics. They attempt to engage the women, often young girls AND the men along with them as they enter by simply bringing them the gospel of Jesus Christ & providing the support they need to make the RIGHT decision. Ron and Laurie have 3 children and reside in Pompton Plains, NJ
